Title:Forget Me Not

Review:
Forget Me Not is about a family who are going on the Titanic, to move to America.
Eve's sister Bee has a lung condition and they are moving so Bee can have the dotors she needs. But Eve isn't to keen on the idea. Having to leave her family and friends is heart breaking.
This is a fotobabble about the book I revIewed above. It's a short passage from the first chapter.
I found this activity very good for me because I tend to speak too fast and this helped me to focus on speaking in a slow, loud, voice so everybody could hear and understand me when I read out loud.

What did you enjoy most about this task?
Working together with my friends to make the quiz and using 'Polldaddy' for the first time.
What was your biggest challenge?
Thinking of questions that were challenging but engaging to the reader. Also our book wasn't really a story as such, so it was hard to make questions on things like the plot and characters.
Which skill did you find the most useful?
The skill of problem solving came in handy a lot with making the questions and knowing how to work programs like 'Polldaddy' and how to embed things to the Wiki.
List 2 ways this task could help you in your future learning?
1. I could use 'Polldaddy' to make survey and use that data to create graphs in maths.

Your task is to create an eye-catching Book Trailer that will promote your book to other students.
Use images, video, animation, music and words to create your book trailer. Try to use copyright friendly sources. Your presentation should be between 30 seconds and 2 minutes.
GOAL : To recognise and interpret the main themes of a story by creating a short book trailer which promotes the book.
Reflection
What did you enjoy most about this task?
Looking at the book from all angles and picking out the bits we needed and what we had to do with it, because you don't always break down a book and find the little bits you don't see the first time.
What was your biggest challenge?
Trying to compromise ideas, because we both had different ideas about what we wanted the book trailer to look like.
What skills did you learn during this task?
More about using copyright free sites and using movie maker.
